How We Celebrate The Dragon Boat Festival In 2017!

May.30, 2017, the Dragon Boat Festival (in Chinese, we called it Duanwu Festival) is a traditional holiday that commemorates the life and death of the famous Chinese scholar Chu Yuan. Every year, we will celebrate it on the fifth day of the fifth month on the Chinese lunisolar calendar.

How do we celebrate it?

We normally eat rice dumplings (zongzi), drink realgar wine (xionghuangjiu), and play dragon boats racing. That day is really lively and full of fun.
