Q1: Are you Factory or Trading Company?

A: We are 100% direct factory specialize in manual paper packaging production over 5 years with 1000 square meters workshop area. We have excellent team composed of 20 professionals and more than 30 skilled workers.

Q2: Can we have Our Logo or Company information on Your Products or Packaging?

A: Yes, customization is accepted. Your logo or company information can show on the products by offset printing, silk-screen printing, UV varnishing, Hot stamping, Embossing/ Debossing, sticker or else.

Q3: Can I get a Sample for Reference?

A: Yes! Normally we can send you stock sample for free for quality evaluation as long as you bear the shipping freight. If you want exact sample with your design, we can make blank sample and real sample for you. If you place the order directly, we always make digital proofs before mass printing or provide pre-production sample for confirmation firstly.

Q4: For Real Sample Cost, is it Refundable?

A: Normally we charge $100~250 for real sample making based on its complexity. Sample cost can be half refunded for order amount > $5,000 and total refunded for order amount > $10,000.

Q5: What is the Sample Make time and Production time?

A: We are honored to make sample for you. Normally we can get sample finished within 5~7 working days. As for production time, it’s based on your design & order quantity but usually 15~20 days for MOQ (1000pcs) mass production.
